Preamble
IZI Morocco (hereafter “the Seller”) offers outdoor/heritage-based escape-game experiences via its website https://www.izimorocco.com. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made by the “Customer” (you), who declares having the legal capacity to contract and accepts these Terms by booking. IZI Morocco+1
1. Scope and Application
These Terms apply to any booking or reservation of a service offered by IZI Morocco, for individuals or groups, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services

The services consist of outdoor escape‐game adventures: geo-located, mobile-guided, allowing exploration of historic/cultural sites in Moroccan cities. IZI Morocco+1

The description of each adventure (duration, city, scenario, number of participants) on the website is deemed accurate at the time of booking.

Services are subject to availability. If a chosen session is unavailable, IZI Morocco will inform the Customer and propose either a refund or an alternative date/time.
3. Price & Payment

Prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), inclusive of all applicable taxes (unless otherwise specified).

Any additional fees (e.g., optional services, special requests) must be clearly indicated before the Customer confirms the booking.

Payment must be made via the methods provided on the site (e.g. credit card, bank transfer, or as defined by IZI Morocco). Payment must be secured before the booking is confirmed.
4. Booking and Confirmation

The Customer books through the website by selecting a scenario, date/time, number of participants, and by accepting these Terms. IZI Morocco+1

The booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking (e.g. in case of payment failure, overbooking, errors, or force majeure).
5. Performance of the Service

On the scheduled date/time, the Customer must arrive at the designated start point for the adventure. Failure to show up on time may be considered a cancellation — unless prior agreement with the Seller.

The service (game, puzzles, guidance) will be provided as described; the Customer agrees to follow all instructions, respect the sites visited (medinas, monuments, kasbahs), and behave responsibly.
6. Cancellation / Rescheduling / Refunds

Given the nature of the service (scheduled session, limited places), the policy for cancellations or rescheduling must be clearly defined (delay before the session, number of participants, conditions).

If cancellation is accepted by IZI Morocco, a refund or credit/alternate date may be offered. If not, the booking may be forfeited (no refund).

Any special conditions (group size changes, no-show, bad weather, force majeure) must be addressed in your internal cancellation policy.
7. Liability & Safety

IZI Morocco commits to providing a safe, functional, and enjoyable experience.

The Customer agrees to follow all safety and behavioural instructions. The Customer is responsible for their own belongings and behaviour; IZI Morocco cannot be held liable for accidents, loss/damage caused by negligence, or misuse of the application or site.

The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Personal Data & Privacy

The Customer’s personal data (name, contact details, booking information) may be collected and processed for the purpose of booking management and communication.

Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except if required for the performance of the service (e.g. partners, subcontractors).

If needed, a separate Privacy Policy should be provided.
9. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the website (text, images, maps, scenarios) is protected. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without the express permission of IZI Morocco is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco.

In case of a dispute, the Parties will attempt an amicable resolution. If this fails, the competent courts at the domicile of IZI Morocco will have jurisdiction (you may specify the exact court/city in your internal documents).
11. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the Customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
